Sessions
Signing up for a session helps people to make a commitment to their yoga practice as well as offering the comfort of knowing the group you will be practicing with. Over the course of a session information builds, feeding into your understanding of your physicality and deepening your yoga practice.
Missed classes: if you are signed up for a session and miss a class you can make it up at another Skyclad Yoga class (up to twice per session).

Tarun Narine
I came to yoga the long way on a short road. My paternal grandmother began to teach me mantras at the age of five. I had no concept of what it was, these words out of my mouth, the sounds to hear, the sensations they provoked. Resonance.
Twenty eight years later and I retain that curious nature. I want to test thresholds. I encourage you to do the same, to embrace risk. To wrap your will around these everyday challenges reflected on the mat. My beliefs: falling is an opportunity to learn; examining patterns invites consciousness; community is there to be invited; I love myself and I'm worthy of such love.
This work is simple; process not result. The marriage of breath and movement. There are no mistakes. This moment right now is right.
Other services:
Thai Yoga Massage
Working with the extensive network of energy (sen) lines, which run throughout the body, Thai Yoga Massage uses gentle pressure, passive stretching, and interactive manipulations of the body, which help to
- adjust the skeletal structure
- increase flexibility
- relieve muscular and joint tension
- stimulate internal organs
- balance the body's energy system
Promoting this free flow of energy also works to restore balance and create a deep state of relaxation and well-being. Receiving a Thai massage is a bit like doing yoga without putting forth any effort.
Sessions are generally 90-120 minutes, and are performed on a floor mat with the client naked or dressed in comfortable clothing.
Cost: 90 min $90, 120 min $120
